Our boy, Artie.
He is such a baby! Very obedient and laid-back, we refer to him as our “Gentle Giant”. But you better look out...if he so much as catches you looking at him, he will do whatever it takes to get you to pet him. With a blocky head and a long silky coat, he is a real beautiful boy. We love our cuddly little (well, not so little) guy :)
Our beautiful Eva. She is only a 1 year old here...just a little baby. She is now 2 yrs old, her birthday being in December of 2008. Eva hails from a wonderful background, filled with champions. She is an excellent hunter, with a very light bite. She is now 2 and a half, but still acts like a puppy! Do goldens ever truly grow up? No, they are forever young and keep us young as well!
Our caretaker, Tootsie. She tries to mother all the other dogs in the house! We would also have to say that even though she is the smallest, she is also the “alpha dog” of the house. The others do whatever she does, follow her wherever she goes. It’s safe to say she is the boss.
Tootsie has a very special personality and makes us laugh everday! Whether we are walking in the fields or just walking around the house, you can guarantee that when you look down, Tootsie will be walking by your side, looking up at you with a big smile on her face!
Being a feisty little golden, she is always up to something! But mostly, she just wants us to throw her rubber “KONG” for her to go fetch.....only about a million times a day.
The picture on the left is a more recent picture of our baby girl. She is about 2 yrs. old here. Her coat is a lot fuller and longer, and the bone structure of her head is all filled out and became nice and blocky.
